Superficial Thrombophlebitis with Abscessed Cellulitis

Clinical Manifestations: patient with pelvin limbs milkleg disease for many years is registered for superficial thrombophlebitis phenomenons on the left pelvin 
limb. 
Clinic: bolnav cu veche boală varicoasă a membrelor pelvine, se internează pentru fenomene de tromboflebită superficială la nivelul membrului pelvin stâng.
 The punction of inflammatory zone: yellowly, creamy pus. 
Puncția zonei inflamate: extrage puroi galben cremos.
 Operation: excision of varicose vessels through storeyed incisions - Algov-Terrier proceeding. Openly operatory wounds. 
Operația: excizia pachetelor varicoase prin inciizii etajate - procedeu Algov - Terrier. Plăgi operatorii deschise.
